Little star Maya ~ English Speaking Photographer Paris ~ Sarah Gardan Photography

I’ve been looking at little Maya’s images since our photography session last week and I have to confess she has been bringing me so much joy.  One is such a fabulous age to photograph. (Did I tell you I LOVE my job!) It was a freezing morning when we met for a family photo session with a Paris theme. Little Maya was such a star, braving the cold and let me tell you it really was a super freezing Paris morning. Brrr…

Isn’t she just the cutest little cherub!

This is Maya’s wonderful family who have lived in Paris for about 5 years with the gorgeous Blanco. Maya’s mom wanted to have some photos to capture their time together here in Paris.

Although I have to confess that the cold weather was a little too much at one stage so we had to pop in to a local Paris café to warm up with a ‘chocolat chaud’.

It was good to warm up and thaw out a little before we continued on with some photos … this is one of my faves. Blanco’s content expression is just priceless! The final challenge of the morning was to get a photo of Maya and Blanco together by which stage little Maya was exhausted. But with some strategic moves from Mom & Dad behind the scenes I think we pulled it off. Luckily as just a few minutes later poor little Maya fell asleep snuggled up against her Mommy. Lisa, you guys were fabulous. Thanks for braving the cold and I’m looking forward to sharing your gallery really soon!

Love these photos - they truly capture the beauty and personality of Maya, a sweet, snuggly, happy, intelligent girl! No surprise, given those parents and canine companion!

Maya is an angel and Blanco a knight.

I love the family portrait - the four of you striding out braving the Paris weather - very ‘lifestyle magazine’! Hope these photos bring you happy memories in years to come.

These photos are amazing! Maya resembles both Lisa and her husband. She has such a nice face. It is so nice to see all of you with nice backgrounds that are supposed be ‘typical’ Paris but definitely atypical and outstanding. I especially like the last photo. Maya’s hat is so cute. You guys are lucky to have found a nice photographer. I will pass this to some friends in Paris.

The photo of Maya and Blanco together is the best shot. Others are also very nice. They remind us of the days in Vancouver when Lisa was one year old (and her parents were young).
