I always love it when I am asked by families who have lived in Paris, to take some family photos of them before they leave Paris. There’s something pretty special about capturing some family moments in the City of Light. So I was pretty chuffed last autumn when I had the opportunity to photograph Vanessa and her family. Vanessa is a fellow Australian and was moving back to Brisbane and thought it was a good opportunity to have some family portraits taken with the Eiffel Tower. Especially some photos of their precious little daughter Femka. Isn’t she just the sweetest little darling!
And of course I had a great time photographing her, not just because she was incredibly sweet but becuase she was very close in age to my youngest daughter Saskia. I just LOVE one year olds.
Especially as they have usually just learnt to walk and it’s such a lovely moment in time to capture.
And clearly her parents adore her as they were terribly doting and it was great to watch their interaction together.
How could you not love this face!
And coupled with such a little darling, how could you not love the Parisian streets as a beautiful backdrop?
