Cherubs at the Louvre | Child & Family Photographer Paris | Sarah Gardan Photography

On my recent trip to Paris I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Esther and her family on the steps of the Louvre in Paris. It was one of those super hot spring days (unusual amongst all the rain in Paris this year) so we opted to keep to the shade and stay nice and cool. Esther is the most adorable little girl and reminded me of a Pre-Raphaelite cherub. Seemed fitting that we were having photos at The Louvre. Doesn’t this photo just capture her absolute joy for life!

Esther has also just become a big sister to her little brother Nathanael who was about 4 months old for our photography session. He’s a little cutie too although for the moment a little more subdued and is taking the world in his stride.Esther was fabulous to photograph and she seemed to adore the little love heart representative of the love between her and Nathanael.I think little Nathanael is going to be pretty good looking himself as he gets bigger.And let’s face it if you are going to play on doors in Paris you might as well play on the STUNNING doors at The Louvre.
